obviously it is not de muffin that we usually eat in kenny rogers
it is de name we have for our pet dog
a male shih tzu~ =)

i always wanted a dog but i am just way too lazy to takecare of one

well then there's one day (18th of Sept 2010)
somehow we (meaning me & my boyfriend) were talking about dogs
there is this urge for us to feel like keeping one
we even google & went lowyat.net to check out de price for dogs

after some survey online
we decided to go to de pet shop de next day (19th of Sept 2010) to check out de actual price & see if there is any available dog

& there is where we met muffin~ =)

he is a adorable dog where he combines his (my boyfriend) lansi-ness & my manja-ness (according to my boyfriend) & our both laziness as well XD

so we got him on that same day
although i don't really have a thing for shih tzu (i always wanted a poodle or dachshund or chihuahua)

however this muffin is truly unique

believe it or not
we spent like a day or two to actually come up with his name
gosh it is like so hard to name a dog (for me)
i mean a good name

although i wasn't really sure if muffin this name suits him
but at least he kinda respond to his name when we call him =)

he was like so noisy on de first night (gosh!!!)
well it was probably because of he wasn't comfort with his dirty body
as he kept poo & pee & step on what he did ==
& there is where we found out that he actually really like to be clean~

& also due to he is growing teeth at de moment
he kept making noises & bite human (mostly me) & de cage
so de next day my boyfriend went to get him a toy so that he got something to bite & play with when we are busy
*it is really a crazy looking toy he has there*

well i don't know what is de definition of play (like swing de toy here & there?)
but i know that he love to use de toy as his pillow or bolster
to sleep or rest his head on it XD

cute no? =3

but he is definitely a naughty one at times
i hope he won't be that naughty when he grow bigger *pray hard*

Ti-Ratana family day

as you see from de title n de picture
today (25.04.10) i went to help out my aunties in this Ti-Ratana Family Day Food & Fun Fair

it's more like a charity work
where we sell things like foods, beverages, clothes, vege, this n that
n all de money we got from de selling will goes into de charity fund
to help orphans, old folks, n unfortunate disabled people

for our booth we're selling all these

de whole booth is so full of these foods n sweet soups n it's so scary~

anyway i stayed overnight at my aunties place on saturday night
n woke up at 0630am to help out in packing foods into plastic bags n containers

then we start off from home around 7something or 8am i guess
when we reach there
de place is already full with PEOPLES n CARS
* scary *

n this is what i called people mountain people sea~

okay la some of de pictures are not that full of people la

but hell what do you expect?
i am not a professional photographer lo okay?

n this is what i don't really like bout fun fairs
too crowd-y n everyone is like packed in a sardine can
* erm perhaps it's a berry big one in this case *

it was just some shouting to ask people to come n buy our foods n sweet soups

seems like my luck is with me all de way~

in gambling i think i won almost 100bucks this year
have most luck in Mahjong n Blackjack

not so in "In Between" though

n i've hosted a mini CNY party at my place on thursday (18th of February 2010)
it is actually my first time being a host XD

i really had fun
n i hope all my friends did too

when i was a kid (primary n secondary school time)
i always looking forward to CNY
of cause one of de reason is de angpau then another one is de holiday

during college time
erm not so
CNY is just a normal occasion/festival to me
* except for de angpau part >) *

this year still was feeling a little bit normal
not much of de celebrating CNY mood

but i'm really happy somehow this year
to see all de family members gathered
de laughter de chit chat
de gambling session
mahjong cards

i love it when family gather around
having meals together
laugh n talk while we eat
that feeling is great!

n not forgetting our new family member
my niece, Alexis
cute girl she is

for chinese people CNY is a new chapter
i hope this coming years will be great

2009 was great to me
got to know more friends as i entered utar
results were not bad *thankfully*
experienced sport carvinal n got gold, silver n bronze medals for badminton in a year
first time ever having such a bunch of lovely friends to celebrate my 21st birthday
family was all happy n healthy
happily attached right now *smile*
etc etc.

still there were some unhappy incidents happened in 2009
death of people that i knew *may you guys rest in peace*
my very first time car accident
experienced some financial-related issues
n some other forgotten incidents

however 2009 is finally over
a brand new year is here!

so i was thinking
why not write myself a new year's resolution! =D
*erm well it is actually de first time me writing new year's resolution bluek xP*

in 2010 i hope i could or i will

work hard for internship

study harder to get better results
*well else at least maintain*

TRY to shop less n save more
*kinda mission impossible though that's why i said i'll try XD*
solve all those financial-related issues as soon as possible
*really hope so*
lose 5kgs
*no specific target it's just simply because it's easier to calculate ==*
exercise more n be more healthy
*shall fully utilize de facilities provided in de kl's condo! swimming pool n gym! >D*
drink more water
*somehow i don't really like to drink water now ==*
sleep early n sleep more
*sleep really late n really lack of sleep recently*
try to speak in mandarin more
*i can speak in mandarin! it's just not that fluent as i don't usually speak in mandarin but you guys just wait n see! >3*
learn to have more patience n tolerance

it has been almost a month since i last updated my blog
was busy with studies *kononnyaz* n final examinations

though it's just two subjects for this sem
but it's kinda difficult

one is
erm well half-theory-half-practical-kinda-based subject
communication networks
which is my weakest subject of all for now i can say
IP address DNS this this that that
totally clueless

i just hope i can get a pass for it
or better if possible

i tried my best
but communication networks is really not my thing >.<

while another one is theory-based
organization & human resource

well it's not like really difficult but it's kinda tricky i can say for de final questions
oh well i tried my best to answer

ah don't give a damn to my results! * yea yea it's a lie *
but confirmed cgpa gonna drop again this sem *sighs*

finals is finally over n
i am finally home~

just reached home not long ago
since i've terminated my contract for my accommodation in kampar

i have to move ALL my stuff back in ipoh
well basically i moved partly of my stuff back here
since i will be going kl for internship in de coming january
so i left abit of my stuff in kampar so that i wouldn't need to move my stuff twice
buohohoho

though it's just partly of my stuff
but it still took me some time to pack those stuff

n de part where i need to move all those stuff from my room (which located in de 2nd floor)
to de living room (in de ground floor)
n then move it n chuck it all into my car
that's de exhausting part
i sweat like mad wey

however it's a really good exercise no? >D

after all that

n now here i am
happily reached home before 12pm =)

oh regarding to my title

why i called it little sem break?
it's because de internship gonna starts on 4th of january

damn!

meaning that i only have one week plus holiday before i suffer from work T.T
that's saddening~

however i'm looking forward to meet my new housemates in kl
hope they're nice n friendly people~

so now i shall enjoy my little sem break before my internship starts
must appreciate kaokao n fully utilize my time! >3

my guy friends often say my car boot were filled with "junks"

well basically i fill my car boot with lots of boxes

there's a vacuum cleaner for car (which i seldom use nowadays bluek)

then de rest were none other than my heels n shoes~ XD

well basically i have
- a pair of sport shoes
- 2 pairs of sneakers
- 4 - 5 pairs of heels

for standby purpose! XD

they (de guys) used to say my car boot has too many heels n shoes
n it's useless cause i just leave them there for nothing

well i'm gonna prove them wrong!
especially Mr. Uncle Foong! XD

me n my friends went kl for an interview in 1U

when i'm on my way walking to de company
one of de heel just came off out of a sudden!

so unlucky no? >.<

my interview is at 0130pm
i broke my heels at 0115pm!

penang-kl trip (09.10.09 - 16.10.09)

alright i've been away from home since 09.10.09 to 16.10.09
went to penang on 9th to 11th
then on 11th i went to kl until 16th

haha an eventful holiday XD
it's seriously tiring!
yet it's fun cause i got to see some friends n have fun

shopping >)

i'm gonna update ALL (as in everything in detail XD) in this post

well i've promised angeline quite some time ago that i will find her in penang during my sem break
so as planned on 9th i went to penang =)

start off from ipoh to penang around 11am with boey (a friend of mine from utar =3)
reached there after 1 n a half hour
dropped her off at de jetty n waited for her friends to pick her up
angeline n penny were already in gurney plaza waiting for me
somehow i was lost == inside of de penang old town's small roads
that was really scary >.<

anyway when i finally saw something familiar (signboards with familiar road names)
angeline called me n asked me to go back to jetty ==
ah anyway it remains secret eh angeline? hahaha

anyway after an hour or so i finally reach gurney plaza to have lunch
we went chilli's bar

they had burgers

n i had sandwiches =3

it was not bad!
but de fries were cold >.<

after our berry filling meal
we went inside gurney plaza n walked around

ah~
sponsored some on angeline's new heels as her birthday present XD

i'm impressed! XD

anyway angeline n i went for lunch at paddington house of pancake

gosh de menu said there's 138 different types of pancakes

was really having a hard time to choose ==
spent quite some time to actually choose n order something from de menu haha

i've been lepak in de 4 inch high heels for like 5hours each day
wow i'm impressed of myself seriously that i can walk for so long with that high heels
legs were like damn tired after that

but oh well
like people always said : "oi leng mm oi meng"
what to do? xP

we went back around evening
all de way back to alorsetar again

fuh that's tiring seriously
especially with my poor eyes condition >.<
still we got to reach de destination safely la XD

start off from alorsetar back to ipoh around 8am
used less than two hours to reach ipoh
maintained 130 - 160 km/hour

not bad XD

then me n my family start off from ipoh to kl roughly around 2pm
me n mommy drove one car while my bro n my daddy drove another car
haha quite funny though

two peugeot 206 with just an alphabet difference in de car plat n two different colours on de highway
kinda cool in a way hahaha

reached kl then went to have dinner with my grandma side relatives since it's grandma's birthday =3

well it starts my kl-holiday trip =D

after lunch with family
sent my parents n brother off back to ipoh
i was all on my own since then

i went to midvalley alone
thought of starting de shopping spree

bumped to my "dear" there
ah that's my dear's boyfriend la XD
meet up with my dear n her boyfriend n his brother at starbucks for awhile before i went home =)

ah btw
all i got were hair n body shampoos toothpaste n chewing gum ==
nothing else >.<

he came to my place n fetched me out to 1U shopping mall =D

we went nando's for lunch
after lunch we went for a movie - Surrogates
i think it's not bad =)
kinda interesting haha

after movie we just randomly walked around
thought of finding a white skirt but mission failed >.<
saw ELLE selling de one i want but it costs around 140bucks or more i can't really remember
kinda expensive plus it's really transparent >.<
too bad =(

oh i bought a grey skirt anyway
still nice kinda ladylike
me kinda like it =3

went forever 21 again to try out de black dress that i like
wanted to buy it at first but that dress was a little bit imperfect
so in de end never buy again >.<

for tea aka dessert time
we went to paddington house of pancake again XD
then i bought some japanese snacks n went home

okie outing with mr. foong XD
was in de mood to camwhore so

ALL me! before going out n also in de car * ngek ngek *

went to sri petaling first to meet up with him
then he fetch me to sunway pyramid =3
i wanted to go sunway pyramid cause i think they have more shops there
*take note : i think only ar XD*

though he wasn't a fan of sunway pyramid but he still willing to teman me go there

we meet up with his brother n his brother's girlfriend
then we went for lunch together at dragon-i
i kinda like dragon-i
don't know why bluek

after lunch his brother n de girlfriend went back
then it's time to lepak aka shopping
my first stop - forever 21 * yes again XD *

tried on a few dresses

i kinda like this but i never buy

this time finally i bought de black dress! XD
happy happy hehe

after de first purchase
de mood to shop is finally ON >D

next stop - charles n keith

before this when i'm in penang i tried on this pair of sandals but never buy also
this time i went n try again
it's really nice but then i felt like i'm in barefoot while wearing it
but it's really nice especially in white!
* hmm maybe i should buy it next time bluek *

anyway i got something from charles n keith

finally a pair of sandals! XD

after that i just randomly enter some shops
i've bought

a pair of flats =)

little update before night time

when i got home
chow kah leng (my coursemate XD) said kenneth aka stupid you helped me check my result already

my results were pretty okie i guess
n i'm pleased with my result =D

14.10.09 - night time

okay it is actually de first time for me to club in kl
went aloha club

de main mission - to surprise keijoe XD
it's actually a friend of keijoe - mr. carter's idea
to celebrate keijoe's belated birthday

anyway i start off from cheras at 11pm
n reached aloha club around 12am ==

it took me an hour!
i even sms-ed mr. carter : "i'm seriously lost" ==

in my heart i just kept on praying
"just guide me there please =("

at one point i saw a street that is full of clubs
n de gps told me i reached my destination

but de thing is
i don't see any club named aloha ==

then i called mr. carter

mr. carter : where are you?
me : i don't know where am i == but somehow i'm in front of rum jungle
mr. carter : rum jungle? aloha club is on de same road as rum jungle
me : ==

apparently i'm at de right destination
it's just that my poor-condition eyes can't see that HUGE aloha signboard ==

anyway parked my car n went to club XD

well basically i just know mr. carter n keijoe there
de rest of them were basically de first time meeting them

then totally ignored that guy n dance with mr. carter n laugh at de same time

well due to my poor eyes condition so i have to leave early

so when i start off from aloha club n back to cheras

de gps doesn't have any signal for a really long time! O.O!!
it's like more than 10 minutes de gps couldn't detect any signal >.<

was pretty panic at first
but then i couldn't just stop at de highway there right

so i just continue drive * i wasn't sure where am i heading to though *
then after some time de signal finally came back!

but by de time de signal is finally back
i seriously don't know where am i at that moment ==

but in de end i got home successfully n safely * phew *

anyway~

my first time clubbing in kl
not bad =)

anyway i got to buy another two pairs of flats XD

just before i start for my revision i shall just update abit

yep
as i said it's only de beginning of my exam period

last friday i just had my FIRST paper
gosh some of them already had their 2nd or 3rd paper
n i'm just only get started ==

my finals start on 11th n will end on 28th
12 more days to go for 5 subjects!

i always thought that my killing paper would be database systems which is my first paper

to my surprise
it was erm..kinda easy
way different n easier than de pastyear papers
* well i won't say that i'm gonna score well for that paper as there's so many uncertainties but hell i did my best already! *
anyway it such a relief after that paper

later(17th of Sept) i'll be having my 2nd paper
basic pro writing
basically it's more like an english paper
letter writing memo writing error identification fill in de blanks ==

it should be de easiest subject of all
but coursework mark is low
so have to be extra be careful n make sure i do it better in tomorrow's paper

internet programming i wanted to aim for A which i think it's quite impossible
if i wanted to score A for that
i will need to score at least 80marks in finals!

we didn't talk much
probably it's because i'm speaking in cantonese while he speaks in mandarin
though we didn't talk much to each other
but deep in my heart i know what kinda person he is
he is those that very helpful n got "yi hei" towards his family n friends that kinda person
bad things happened to him when he's trying to catch de robbers that tried to rob his brother
after struggled n fight for his life for so long..he passed away this morning at 5am

although we didn't know each other for long n we don't know each other very well
but i'm happy to have you as my friend
n we will always remember you n miss you

but me being a terrible planner
i forgot to tell my godma that i'm coming back today
n my dad locked de internal door lock of my house
n my godma brought my grandma's maid to her place which is in bercham
so i have to go all de way to bercham to get my grandma's house keys from de maid to unlock my grandma's house then only i get to go into my house
as our houses were just next to each other n kinda like connected to each other

i had fever AGAIN
last month i had fever n this month i have fever again

gosh
not just fever
i had body ache n headache

there's once i suspect myself kena dengue fever
then i went to check de dengue symptoms from de website

it says de signs n symptoms for dengue were
- High fever (104 F, 40°C)
- Chills
- Headache
- Red eyes, pain in the eyes
- Enlarged lymph nodes
- Deep muscle and joint pains (during first hours of illness)
- Loss of appetite
- Nausea and vomiting
- Low blood pressure and heart rate
- Extreme fatigue

don't think it's dengue fever though i'm having chills headache muscle n joint pain n extreme fatigue
i just kena four out of ten symptoms
n i don't have any rashes over my body

so i think i can be relief a little bit

but i'm still having headache slight fever (as i'm getting better) body ache n gastric

i've bought this pairs of heels

gorgeous looking heels * to me *
bought it cause i thought i looked good in it =D

but right after i bought it home
i started to think
what on earth am i thinking when i'm buying this heels?

it's like fucking 4 inches tall! =.=
it's not like i'm really short or anything
don't really understand why did i buy this heels in de first place =.=

n for so long already
i didn't wear it out before
not even once =.=

so i decided to wear it out
for once! XD

n it's painful i tell you

she's like craving for heels somehow

then we went nose vincci n chadstone n start looking at heels

i've been looking for white heels for some while as well la
but then some of it it's just not comfortable wearing it

i did tried to pick them up * for a few times *

settled all my stuff by 8pm n went dinner with parents
